Best Friends.

This lovely Young man is Brady Archer.
A few moments ago Brady and i were catching up on Facebook. ;) and i was babbling on about things and i mentioned i had a blog and he looked it up, and noticing that there wasnt anything as yet on here about him, i had to make a post ;)
Brady and I met during my 8th or 9th year of highschool. We had never talked before but as soon as we did we just instantly clicked! Ever since then, i have never once experienced a dull moment with Brady.
For about a year i'd say 'brady james archer!' thinking i was really cool along with Nakita, because we knew his middle name, but one day i guess he finally decided to stop letting us make a fool of ourselves and pulled out his licence to show us his middle name is actually 'joseph'. I think that was the day all the ice broke and our friendship really started.
Thick and Thin we've had our good days and our very few bad days. In highschool, he'd hang around at my busstop while we waited for the deloraine bus and watch us make a fool of ourselves. then there were the days we would d&m on the lawn in the sun about really really random things. Things i didnt even know you could 'deep and meaningful' about.
Brady left a year before i did (because he is older than me) and i honestly didnt expect him to keep touch. But he did! id finish school and go outside to see Brady waving enthusiastically infront of the school. :) My favourite days were when Him and Steven (one of leias and my friends) got together and just CRACK UP over something they were laughing too hard to say.

Time has come and gone and though Brady and I dont talk all that much, havent seen each other for who knows how long and sure have very different worlds (well...He's a boy and im a girl ...so of course there is a drastic contrast ;) lol ) but he is the closest thing ive got to a best friend.
I have had a few close freinds in my life but it seems as soon as our paths take different directions and forget the other ever existed. It has made me sad sometimes that my friends never seem to keep touch in writing back to my letters... But Brady has stuck around!
It has been about half a year since i last talked with Brady, but as soon as we got in touch again, it just like no time has passed at all and we got on merrily. this is what its like everytime. :)

My most favourite things about my friend Brady is his un-wavering cheerfulness and warmth he sheds to everyone he comes into contact with. i remember many a stormy day in hormonal high school and Brady would always be giggling away at something or rather and it was so infectious it would cheer me up immediatly.
He has the most amazing patience for people. i have hurt his feelings many times, and still he just forgives and moves on. Just like that!
He can sense when something is afoot, and will keep at it until you tell him what is the matter. (though usually he never had to try very hard with me on some occaisions. :P)
He's not afraid of saying he's sorry and that he was wrong.
He loves to have fun! He loves going on adventures almost as much as i do!
He gives great advice, especailly boy advice when i needed it because he had the inside information on why some boys did the things they did.

All in all my friend Brady is a diamond in the rough. He makes me feel comfortable and myself and is seriously uplifting to hang around.

I was going to put up a picture of Brady and I on his last day of school, but i was balling my eyes out and he was grinning away in braces. (i didnt think you would like it very much if i put up ;) ) so instead i put up one from my leavers dinner ! lol ;) hahahaha :) ( i wasnt looking at the camwera so i cut myself out of it :))
